F.A.Q. and Do's & Dont's     ?  ?  ?  ?  ?

To answer some of your questions!

Q. Can you have 2 names and 2 different addresses under the same SSN?

A. If you want to keep your credit files from merging, remember it is very important to keep both of your files separate at all costs. DO NOT use any information from your current file i.e. References (family, friends and etc.) employers info, past creditors and anything that is attached to your current file.

Q. Will I be changing or losing my Identity?

A. No, You are not losing your Identity! you are creating an Alias for the new file, you are not obligated to use your new name 100% of the time, ONLY when you are establishing new credit on the new file! You do not need to let your employer know unless you work for a government entity. Also it is not a necessity to inform family, friends or any other associates, it is your business and your business only.

You will still be using your
current name and address on your current credit file, you are still responsible for the debt and bills that are already active on your original file. It will not disappear just because you have done an Alias Name Change!

Q. Who is NOT eligible to do an Alias Name change?

A. If you have a FELONY conviction or if you are on probation, have a recent bankruptcy and if you are negligent on child support (behind on payments). Then have to resort to other options.

The application to file an Alias Name change is advertised in your local Court approved newspaper, once a week for 4 weeks.

Q.  Is our credit file legal?

A.  Yes, it is completely legal. The technique we use to create the profile makes it legit, no hiding behind assigned CPN numbers that are currently being investigated by Lenders or Government agencies and especially the SSA.
Let us assist you with establishing an additional credit file with the credit bureaus, using your new Name and Address.

Q. Do I need to completely change my name?

A. Yes, You can not use any parts of your current name, i.e.: Do not flip your 1st and last names around, do not try to change the spelling and do not use family member’s names. When we say do not use any parts of your current name, we mean it, so please don't ask.

 Q. Do I need a different address?

A. It is imperative that you have a completely separate address for your additional file, in a different town and different zip code!
You need a second address to keep your files from merging! By not using a different address you will be placing old info from your current file onto your new file

Currently, P.O. boxes are not recommended!  Please try to use a residential address, again NO family membersPlease use someone that you can trust with your documents.

Q. What documents will I have to support my new Alias?

A. You will obtain an additional separate Drivers license and a new SSN card, you can do this when your Alias Name change has been signed off & sealed by the judge. You will not have to hand in your old license, you might need to verify your identity with 1 form of identity. Having the Name change decree should be the only document you need.

IMPORTANT: You need to retain your current Drivers license and original SSN card for your current file. Also, if your current D.L. is about to expire, PLEASE have it renewed before then, so you have it to use for your current file for additional years. Do not wait until it has already expired! THINK AHEAD.

Q. What about paying taxes or writing taxes off under both names?

A. When you file your taxes at the end of the year, you can file under both of your names, you file under your original name and file under you new name doing an AKA, this is perfectly legal! This way you can purchase property on your additional file and be able to pay taxes or write off taxes on that property.

Q. What else can I use this file for?

A.  You can use this additional file for FHA loans, SBA loans, Student loans, Purchasing property, you can use this file to Personal guarantor funding for a Corporation.

Q. If I get my personal credit cleaned up, can I go back to my original Name?

A. Yes, but why would you? You are throwing away the investment that you created!
Once you have your personal file is cleaned up, you  can use both credit files to your advantage ( It's a little thing called LEVERAGE) because you will have 2 credit profiles with 700+ credit scores, as long as you maintain them!  If you do not maintain them, then you did not learn a lesson and you are right back where you started!

Q. What is a seasoned Trade line?

A.  A seasoned trade lines is simply a credit account established for a length of time with perfect payment history and low credit balance (DTI). The strategy of adding seasoned trade lines to your profiles allow you to significantly boost your scores without the risk normally associated with establishing and maintaining these types of accounts.

You need these to establish a credit score with the bureaus on your new Alias file, otherwise your new Alias credit report will be blank.

Q. How long does it take before I will see results on the Alias name change and Trade lines?

A. The Alias Name Change file will take between 45 to 60 days to complete, depending on your County Court. The Trade lines are completed in 30 to 45 days. We are creating your file while you are waiting on your court date and obtaining your new documents. Hopefully this will all wrap up together.

Q.  How many Trade lines should I purchase at one time?

 A.  We suggest 4 to 5 trade lines to enhance your profile. You can mix and match individual trades suitable for your credit needs. This is what the current criteria is for the lending market, due to the current crisis in the economy

 Q. Can you guarantee a 700+ credit score to your clients after the trade lines are added?

A. We can only guarantee a 700+ credit score to our clients who purchase our complete Legal & Legitimate credit profile. For clients who add trade lines to their existing credit, we can only guarantee that your scores will improve, as long as you do not have any negative history on your current credit report. Even if you have a large # of inquiries on your file, makes it impossible for us to guarantee you a 700+ credit score. Each inquiry counts as 3 points, which can really make the difference.  GET THEM REMOVED!

Q. How do you accept payment?

A. Unfortunately, we have been reduced to accepting UP FRONT payments only, in the form of direct deposit or wire transfer, money orders, certified checks. NO if ands or buts. Please do not try to convince us otherwise.
You can thank the clients from the past that have taken advantage of our generosity! This has forced us to do it this way.

Q. What guarantee do you offer?

A. We offer a 100% MBG in the form of a written contract. If we do not come through on our end with creating the credit profile, we will not guarantee the results on you using the file to your advantage.
